My clients often combine several sessions into a package depending on their specific needs. I believe in a holistic approach to health, meaning, there are many ways to heal the body and bring it back into balance. Therefore, I use a variety of natural medicines along with homeopathy, including Biochemical Tissue Salts (Schuessler Salts), Flower Essences (Bach, Nederlands Bloesems, & FES) and some general nutrition tips. I also partner with other trusted practitioners should my clients require something outside of my services.

Homeopathic Consultation
This is a 1 - 1.5 hour consultation aiming to identify the sensations of pain or emotional trauma that need to be released. A minimum of 3 sessions are recommended in order to allow the body time to fully integrate the remedies and to make adjustments to your protocol according to what the body needs. Homeopathy is helpful in treating a variety of illnesses such as injuries, shock, grief, menopause, infertility, etc.. The costs include time outside of the consultation to select prescriptions.
Remedy cost is separate and runs between €5 - 25.
Initial Consultation = €150
Follow up appointments = €95
Reiki Treatment
This relaxing treatment can include either a 50 or 90 minute session. The main focus is to help you release tension and stress that has built up and become stuck in the body. This tension can manifest as emotional or physical pain. The Reiki treatment takes place fully clothed while lying on a comfortable massage table. Ideally you should schedule your Reiki session at a time when you have no other plans after the treatment, allowing you time to continue in that 'zen/peaceful' state of mind.
Reiki can also be helpful for teenagers experiencing anxiety at school.
50 minute = €85
90 minute = €125
Personalised 6 Month Package
Includes a combination of Homeopathy and Reiki tailored to fit your needs. Depending on the complaints that need addressing, this could equal anywhere between 8-12 appointments to be used within 6 months. It is designed for those suffering from chronic illness or after a period of experiencing intense stress. It is useful during menopause, depression or anxiety. Some of my clients have enjoyed the package in preparation for childbirth to ensure they are energetically and physically ready for parenthood.
Remedy costs are charged separately. Payment can be made in full or 3 instalments.
